Moda Luxury PLC makes it easy for clients to sell fashion products on
their web site. We ship directly to your customers, so you dont have to
worry about storing or shipping products. Whether you want to sell just on
your own web site or auction web sites, we can help you do both easily.
We look forward to your new Wholesale/ Drop Ship account. Upon approval of
your Reseller Application, your company will be able to purchase and sell
items via our Wholesale/ Drop Ship membership
Membership Requirements:
• Business Status
o Must have 1 or more physical locations
o Physical Business/Commercial Address(s) & Telephone(s)
• Required Documentation
o Tax Identification Number (EIN) or VAT Registration
o Minimum of 2 trade references
• Order Activity
o Orders may be drop shipped to storefront(s)
and/or directly to customer with your company return address
• Drop Ship Programs
o Bronze - 5% OFF minimum requirement 1K
o Silver - 15% OFF minimum requirement 5K
o Gold - 20% OFF minimum requirement 10K
o Platinum - 30% OFF minimum requirement 20K
Funds will be entirely used for your drop ship program and once you are
out of credit you must refill your account. Invoices will be generated for
every single order so clients can monitor their account.

Ordering
Do you have 24 hour/7 day a week ordering?
Yes you can place your order any time day or night on our web site.
How long does it take before you ship my order?
We ship all confirmed paid orders within 2-4 working days. We can also
accept rush orders.
How will I know when my merchandise has been shipped?
You will receive your invoice by email on the day the product ships. All
orders will be sent through United States Postal Service (USPS) you will
have the option to pick you type of service when you place your Drop Ship
orders. You will have options to trace or show delivery confirmations to
your clients
How do I know if the items I am ordering are in stock?
Although we keep a large quantity of merchandise in stock and ready to be
shipped we cannot guarantee 100% of the time a particular item will be
available. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied and that your
requests are met. We will make every effort to notify you if a product has
been sold out before you make a sale.
Do I need to have a business license to order from your website?
No, but you will need to check with your local and state offices to make
sure you are complying with state and local business statues. All states
and municipalities work independently and have their own regulations.
What is your return policy?
Before you make the decision to return items to us, you must obtain an
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Contact us and we will
provide you with an RMA#. You can send returns from your customers to our
warehouse. Upon a confirmed arrival of your return, (if you have followed
the instructions provided by us after you contact us for the RMA#), we
will process the merchandise for a full refund into your account, or
re-ship a replacement order. You are then responsible to refund the money
to your customers or inform them that a replacement order will be sent to
them. We accept returns and refunds to your account only if they occur
within 30 days after invoice date, no exceptions. We will refuse returns
without RMA numbers. Retain the authorization number with your order for
returns. The Return Merchandise Authorization number must be plainly
written on the box near shipping label. Shipping charges for returning
items are to be prepaid by the customer.
International
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have been in business a long time and our shipping department has
extensive knowledge on the customs duties and export issues for various
countries. International shipping has different costs involved versus
shipping domestically.
Do you have to reside in the US to use our drop shipping program?
No, we welcome anyone from anywhere who would like to use our services!
